There's a guy in a car. In it? A guy. A dead guy. Shot. By? A gun. All the windows and doors are locked, and there is no sign of anyone having broken in. How'd he die?

While he was eating McDonalds, he mistook a gun for a Big Mac, and put it in his mouth, look outside, saw your face, and accidentally pulls the trigger.
